After a disagreement with a change in the "terms of use" at MP3.com, Jeff removed this release from their website and decided to allow DSBP Records to sell Bioplaza Revisited for a limited time on CD-R, with the stipulation that less than 100 copies would be sold. After a couple of complaints about the quality of the printed artwork, Jeff requested that DSBP no longer sell the CD-R, and it was removed from their catalog. Remixes were provided by Matrix, Ionic Vision, Thine Eyes, and Monstrum Sepsis. This album was also known as "Reconstructive Surgery V.2".
